Professional, qualified cake maker and cake decorator; city and guilds trained. Fully qualified sugarcraft and cake decoration teacher, with over 16 years teaching experience, for 8 to 80 year old students.

My cakes are rich fruit, rich chocolate, sponge or carrot cake, which are highly decorated with details of handcrafted sugar flowers which are my speciality.

Friendly, helpful advice is offered, giving help in design choice, all cake stands - cake pillars and bases are supplied for the wedding day with your cake(s) being delivered to your chosen venue giving bride and groom a worry free day regarding their celebration cake. I will offer to deliver cakes to a 50 mile radius of my home from which wonderful creations are made.
